Last Friday we hosted our first Christmas Camp Day! They painted crafts for their rooms & opened up a brand new pair of shoes!
We apologize for not posting regularly, especially since the ministry (overall) continues to thrive in the midst of all the political turmoil and spiritual attacks. We will be more intentional with updates moving forward!
On Saturday, we threw a surprise Christmas Party for the kids who live on campus! They knew their gifts were in the crates – which still aren’t here. So, they had already accepted the reality that there wouldn’t be any presents under the tree for them this year.
Our Summer Games began tonight! Each week, 3 teams will compete to earn points. The team with the most points at the end of summer – will win a BIG party!
People ask why we come to Haiti, and we always say, “To see our friends.” I’ve never spoken a truer statement. I’m so sad to leave tomorrow but so filled up!
