Singing To the King Together…

First and foremost – We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your advocacy and willingness to share about the need makes our community feel seen and heard in such a profound way.
Thank you for standing with us, reminding us that we are never alone, and for being a source of strength and comfort during this time.

This quote below is from a post I had back in 2012. As I read back through it, I thought it was a perfect reminder for where we are right now. When I read Jeff Foxworthy’s journal entry about his trip to Africa, I couldn’t help but draw parallels to Haiti.

It’s a reminder that – simply lacking material wealth does NOT equate to spiritual poverty.

And I too, cannot wait for the day – where millions of our Haitian brothers and sisters sing to the King….right alongside us.

I shared about this experience two days ago…

On Sunday night amidst the darkness, we gathered for a special all-night worship and prayer service. Despite the absence of physical light, the presence of His light was undeniable as the Holy Spirit made Himself known in the midst of our sorrow. It was a powerful reminder of His unfailing love and grace.
