We’re still actively raising funds to help cover the cost of our annual shipping container— and to be honest, I’m  starting to feel the pressure.

 We want to make sure we have enough to cover an entire year’s worth of critical supplies for the Mole campus—things like toiletries, basic medicines, school materials, and nutritional support.

This container is our one big shot to stock up the most basic needs for the whole year. That’s why we’re trying to be as thorough and strategic as possible.

If you’re someone who prefers collecting supplies or purchasing online and sending them our way—thank you! We would love that help, too. If that’s you, please plan for everything to arrive by September 12th.  Please message me directly for the shipping address: Jody@nwhcm.org 

Every donation—whether financial or physical—helps us build a more stable and supportive year for our campus and the families we serve.

Here are some of the medical and hygiene items we’re still hoping to collect:
 – Cough meds, vitamins, Tylenol, ibuprofen, antacids
 – Antibiotics, antifungal creams, antibiotic ointment, hydrocortisone,
–  Laxatives, blood pressure medications, diabetic, allergy meds, nausea meds, Pepto-Bismol
– Burn cream, pain relief creams, yeast infection cream, eye drops
– Dandruff shampoo (prescribed for severe fungal infections)

And some of our ongoing basic needs include:
– Soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste
– Baby formula, protein powder or bars, Clorox wipes
– Notebooks, backpacks, schools supplies, canned meats

We’ll be finalizing our rice and bean order on September 5th, and we’d love to add more pallets of beans if funding allows. Beans are not only very expensive but also extremely difficult to secure in the Mole, and we use them as a key protein source for our feeding programs.

Jose will be driving the U-Haul to Miami on September 15th, so anything we’re collecting needs to arrive before then.
