God is in the smiles of all the Haitians we see, He is in the beautiful mountainside landscape, and He is clearly working in the community.
We’ve had such an incredible time. We’ve been touched in ways we couldn’t imagine and a small piece of our hearts will stay here when we are gone
Our concern as our week winds down is have we done enough, and to that, I am reminded that God said “Go” and we did.
The story we read meant so much to the children, but it has forever changed the lives of those who read to them.
Despite the unrest going on in Haiti we want all of our friends and family to know that we have not experienced or seen any of that.
Happy New Year from the Mole! It has been amazing to ring in 2019 with our Haitian friends. On New Year’s Eve, we hosted an evening full of games, raffles, and the 2nd Annual New Years Eve Dance Competition. Thousands of people joined us in town for nearly six hours.
