The grace, love, and kindness that I have been shown from the Haitians is unreal. It has been a blessing to be able to spend time with the Haitian people and pray with them. They have shown me how to unapologetically worship.
I loved that we were able to experience Haiti outside of the campus on our walk to Karenage this morning.
God is in the smiles of all the Haitians we see, He is in the beautiful mountainside landscape, and He is clearly working in the community.
We’ve had such an incredible time. We’ve been touched in ways we couldn’t imagine and a small piece of our hearts will stay here when we are gone
Our concern as our week winds down is have we done enough, and to that, I am reminded that God said “Go” and we did.
The story we read meant so much to the children, but it has forever changed the lives of those who read to them.
